Kathryn Simon

Dr. Kathryn Simon began her academic journey at the University of Missouri – Columbia, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences. Although she originally planned to pursue a career in medicine, she discovered her true calling in dentistry—drawn to the personal connections she could build with patients and the opportunity to be hands-on in their care every step of the way. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri – Kansas City.

Today, Dr. Simon is more than a dedicated clinician—she is a full-time faculty member at the local dental school, where she inspires and educates the next generation of dentists. She also teaches dental assisting and volunteers with multiple organizations, further reflecting her commitment to serving others and advancing the field of dentistry.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Simon is an avid reader who especially enjoys the works of Shakespeare. Her favorite vacation spot is Mexico, where she loves to relax and recharge.
